BURKE — A 47-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested following a two-vehicle crash in Burke on Saturday.
The crash took place on High Meadow Drive on Burke Mountain at around 4:00 p.m.
While at the scene of the crash, police say they observed one of the drivers involved crash his vehicle a second time.
When speaking to this driver, identified as Jeffrey Ryalls, of Vernon, CT, police say they observed several signs of impairment.
He was arrested and charged for DUI refusal.
