ORLEANS — A 38-year-old man from Island Pond was arrested following an incident in Orleans yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a man refusing to leave the Maplefields located on Main Street at around 8:50 p.m.
Police identified the man as Robert Ingram, and say had refused to leave the store after being told multiple times.
Following an investigation, police also found that Ingram had active court-ordered conditions of release for him to reside at an address in Island Pond.
Ingram was arrested and transported back to the Derby barracks where he was processed and released on a citation to appear in court for the charges of unlawful trespass and violation of conditions of release.
