HIGHGATE — A 39-year-old man from Enosburg Falls was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Highgate yesterday.
Police say they initiated a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation on Route 78 at around 11:15 p.m.
The driver was identified as Jody M. Banyea.
Police say he showed signs of impairment and was screened for DUI.
He was later taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Banyea was processed at the St. Albans State Police barracks and issued a citation to appear in court on April 18.
