ST. JOHNSBURY — A 49-year-old man from Wells River was charged with petit larceny following an incident in St. Johnsbury on Wednesday.
Authorities say they were contacted by the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership on Memorial Drive advising a man was seen rifling through vehicles.
Surveillance footage captured the suspect taking several items.
Police say they responded and identified the man as David Charbonneau.
Charbonneau admitted to taking several of the items and was cited to appear in court to answer the charge.
