WATERBURY — A 48-year-old man was cited following an incident in Waterbury back in January, police say.
On January 28, authorities were notified that Charles Farnham, of Waterbury, was non-compliant pursuant to his court-ordered requirements.
Following an investigation, it was reported that Farnham failed to provide his permanent address and Annual Verification Letter to the VT Sex Offender Registry.
Police say Farnham was provided the opportunity by law enforcement to update his information, which he failed to do.
He was contacted and issued a citation.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 14 to answer the charges of failure to comply with the Vermont sex offender registry.
