Two arrested for trafficking Fentanyl in Rockingham

ROCKINGHAM — Two men from Connecticut were arrested following an incident in Rockingham on Sunday.

Police say they observed a vehicle traveling north on Interstate 91 erratically at around 1:45 a.m.

The vehicle was stopped a short while later near exit 6.

During the course of the investigation, police say the driver, Gabriel Reyes, 20, of Hartford, CT, showed signs of marijuana impairment and was arrested and charged with careless and negligent operation of a vehicle.

Consent to search the vehicle was given and around 300 glassine bags of suspected Fentanyl were located hidden inside the vehicle.

The passenger, identified as Raylon Perry, 24, Windsor, was arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl.

Police say both were processed and issued citations to appear at a later date.
