CHESTER — A 38-year-old man from Springfield is facing multiple charges following an incident in Chester on Monday.
Police say they arrested Bradley S. Elliott on an active arrest warrant.
Elliott failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing to answer to a charge of aggravated operation without owner consent.
At the time of this arrest, police say Elliott was found to be in possession of another stolen vehicle.
He was charged with a new count of aggravated operation without owner consent and possession of a stolen property.
He is ordered to appear in court on March 22 to answer the charges.
