WINHALL — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two individuals involved in an incident in Winhall last month.
On February 19, police say the pair were caught on video approaching several houses on foot, both occupied and unoccupied, in the area of Todd Hill Road and Chadd Circle between the hours of 9:30 p.m and 11:00 p.m.
These incidents included vandalism and disorderly conduct, police say.
The Winhall Police Department is interested in speaking with the two captured by surveillance footage.
