RUTLAND — A 35-year-old man was cited for unlawful trespass following an incident in Rutland early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on North Grove Street at around 5:05 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Jonathan Corbett, of Rutland, was asked to leave the property prior to police response.
Police say he refused to leave prior to their arrival.
Police say they spoke with Corbett on the property.
He was issued a citation for unlawful trespass to appear in court on May 9.
