EAST RYEGATE — A man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in East Ryegate early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a family dispute at around 2:15 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Harold Hallock Sr. assaulted a family member in the presence of a child.
Hallock was also in violation of conditions of release.
He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing on charges of domestic assault, interference with access to emergency services, crime committed in the presence of a child, and violation of conditions of release.
He was then lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
