Driver arrested after crashing vehicle twice in Fairlee

FAIRLEE — A 36-yer-old man from New Hampshire was arrested for DUI drugs following an incident in Fairlee last week.

On February 24, a two-vehicle crash was reported on Lake Morey Road at around 4:00 p.m.

According to the report, one of the drivers had fled the scene and crashed a second time further down the road.

The driver, identified as Tucker Homan, of New London, New Hampshire, was exhibiting signs of drug impairment when police caught up to him following the second crash.

Homan was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI drugs and transported to the Bradford State Police Outpost for processing.

He was issued a citation to appear in court on April 13 and later released to a sober party.
