MARSHFIELD — A 28-year-old man was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Marshfield.
Yesterday, authorities say they were notified that Andrew Pallas, of Marshfield, had made threats towards Donald Conn, 48, at around 10:22 p.m.
Following an investigation, police say that Pallas had been issued conditions of release stating he shall not engage in violent or threatening behavior.
Police made contact with Pallas and took him into custody without incident yesterday.
He was transported to the Middlesex barracks for processing and was released with a citation to appear in court today to answer this offense.
