RUTLAND — A 29-year-old man from South Carolina was arrested following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Police say they responded to a domestic assault at the Days Inn at around 7:00 p.m.
Police allege that Anthony Williams, of Charleston, SC, physically harmed a family member.
Williams was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
He was released on a criminal citation to answer the charge of domestic assault today.
