WOODBURY — A 43-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Woodbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an abuse prevention order violation at an address on West Woodbury Road at around 3:45 p.m.
The caller told police that Brian Pfaff was in violation of the order, as well as court-ordered conditions of release, by being at the address.
Pfaff was issued court-ordered conditions on February 22, in Washington County following his arraignment for an aggravated domestic assault arrest.
Police say they located Pfaff walking from the address he was prohibited to be at and took him into custody without incident.
He was lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of bail.
