ROCKINGHAM — A 38-year-old man from New Hampshire was cited for possession and trafficking of fentanyl in Rockingham yesterday.
State police say they stopped to provide assistance to a disabled vehicle on I-91 at around 3:15 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Keith Freeman, of Claremont, NH, was in possession of a controlled substance.
He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer to charges and released.
