BARTON — A 36-year-old woman from Newport was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Barton on Monday.
The crash took place on I-91 north at around 1:20 a.m.
Police identified the driver as Savannah Harkin.
According to the report, Harkin was attempting to pass a vehicle when she lost control due to black ice.
The vehicle continued off the road.
Harkin was transported to North Country Hospital with minor injuries, police say.
