WATERBURY — A 62-year-old man from Hungtington was arrested for his third DUI following a crash in Waterbury yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Sweet Road at around 2:15 p.m.
Police say they met with the driver, who was identified as Christopher Kay.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kay was exhibiting signs of impairment.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the State Police barracks in Middlesex for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on March 10.
