RUTLAND — A 63-year-old man from Pittsford was arrested for DUI following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Police say they observed a motor vehicle violation while conducting traffic enforcement on US Route 7 at around 4:25 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Stephen Grimes.
During the motor vehicle stop, Grimes displayed several signs of impairment.
He was placed into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks for processing.
Grimes was issued a citation to appear in court on March 7.
