ORANGE — A 58-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Orange yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a violation of a restraining order and abuse prevention order on US Route 302, at around 10:45 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that James A. Otis, of Orange, had violated a set of court-ordered conditions as well as an active restraining order.
Otis was arrested and transported to the Middlesex State Police barracks for processing.
