KILLINGTON — A 51-year-old man from Florida was arrested for DUI following a crash in Killington yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Glazebrook Road at around 10:45 p.m.
Police identified the driver of the vehicle as Brian Sobolewski, of Jacksonville, FL.
He was uninjured in the crash.
During the investigation, police say they observed Sobolewski display several indicators of impairment.
He was taken into custody for driving under the influence and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing.
After processing, he was issued a citation to appear in court and released to a sober party.
