ROCHESTER — A 37-year-old woman was arrested following a fire investigation in Rochester.

Authorities say they located Justin Manly and interviewed her yesterday.

Manly was a suspect in an alleged arson fire that occurred on Bindrum Lane.

Information gathered in the months-long investigation led to Manly’s arrest, police say.

Police say Manly has been charged with one count of first-degree arson.

She was held at Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield, on a $10,000 bond.

Manly is scheduled to appear in court today to answer the charge.
