RUTLAND — A 53-year-old man from Putney was arrested for unlawful trespass following an incident in Rutland this month.
On February 1, authorities were notified that a man with a notice against trespass, was refusing to leave the Cortina Inn at around 10:40 p.m.
Police identified the man as Jude Mischke.
Mischke was removed from the hotel by troopers earlier the same evening.
He was arrested and later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
