RUTLAND — A 20-year-old man from Georgia, along with 5 juveniles were cited following an incident in Rutland earlier this month.
On February 2, authorities were notified of a report of a group of individuals inside the Diamond Run Mall at around 9:00 p.m.
Police say they located 6 individuals inside the mall.
Police say Maxwell Curtis, along with the 5 juveniles were issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
They face charges of unlawful trespass.
