Snowmobile crash with injuries in Canaan

CANAAN — A 77-year-old man from New Hampshire was injured during a snowmobile crash in Canaan on Sunday.

The crash took place on VAST Trail 96 at around 8:35 p.m.

According to the report, Stephan Chase was the driver and crashed on an icy corner of the trail.

Police say Chase was taken to the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in New Hampshire to be treated for injuries.

The snowmobile was totaled during the crash.
