WAITSFIELD — A 60-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Waitsfield yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a family fight at a home on Main Street at around 7:35 p.m.
Police say that Kenneth Martin, of Waitsfield, is alleged to have caused pain and injury to a household member.
Martin was taken into custody and transported to the Middlesex barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
