BURLINGTON — Police say they arrested Jason Anderson, 45, of Burlington, and Christine Terry, 38, of Burlington, following a lengthy narcotics investigation.

Detectives also say they have established Anderson as a burglary suspect in addition to the narcotics investigation.

Upon seeing police vehicles approaching him

Anderson fled on foot when approached by police, but was taken into custody shortly after.

Terry was taken into custody without incident.

Anderson is facing several counts of methamphetamine sales, methamphetamine possession, burglary, and aggravated assault.

Police say he is currently on supervised release with Burlington Probation and Parole after he was convicted of several burglaries into occupied dwellings.

Anderson was apprehended by Burlington Police in 2017 after he was interrupted by a homeowner while burglarizing a residence.

During that burglary, Anderson pulled out a knife and threatened to stab the homeowner before fleeing.

Terry is facing several counts of narcotics sales and possession.

She was scheduled to appear in court on February 3 but did not attend, police say.

Terry is now scheduled to appear in court on February 27.

Anyone with additional information about these alleged activities is being asked to call Detective Zach Beal at 802-540-2364.
