DERBY — A 43-year-old man from West Charleston was arrested for DUI following a crash in Derby yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Vermont Route 111, near Bates Hill Road, at around 7:35 p.m.
The driver was identified as Travis Rollins.
Police say Rollins drove off the road and was uninjured during the crash.
Police allege he displayed signs and indicators of impairment and was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI following an investigation.
He was transported to the Derby barracks, where he was processed and later released on a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
