Police: St. Albans man found slumped over in vehicle facing numerous charges

FAIRFAX — A 46-year-old man from St. Albans was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Fairfax yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified that a man was slumped over in his vehicle on Route 104 at around 4:40 p.m.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks along with local rescue personnel ultimately administered two doses of Narcan to the driver, identified as Dana Gray.

Police say these doses of Narcan allowed Gray to regain consciousness.

He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI – Drugs and transported to the Northwest Medical Center for further evaluation and processing.

Following an investigation, police say that Gray had conditions of release not to drive a vehicle and that his license was criminally suspended.

At the conclusion of the processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court on March 14 to answer to the charges of DUI-Drugs, violations of conditions of release, and driving license suspended – criminal.
