RUTLAND — A 63-year-old man was charged with violating conditions of release following an incident in West Rutland this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of court-ordered conditions at around 6:30 a.m.
Ronald Viggue, of West Rutland, has existing court-ordered conditions of release that prohibit him from purchasing, possessing, and consuming alcohol.
Police allege that Viggue had been drinking and was in violation of the court order.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on March 14.
