RUTLAND — A 38-year-old man was arrested for aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Rutland on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of a noise disturbance at around 2:30 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Joshua L Josselyn, of Rutland, caused pain and other injuries to a family or household member.
Josselyn was arrested yesterday and transported to the Rutland barracks.
He was processed and released on a criminal citation.
