LONDONDERRY — A 32-year-old man from Stratton was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in Londonderry last month.

On January 6, authorities were notified of a single-vehicle rollover crash on Middletown Road, near the intersection with Brooks Lane, at around 5:20 a.m.

Police say they observed a Toyota Sienna on its roof along with a broken telephone pole at the crash scene.

No one was with the vehicle at the time, police say.

Following an investigation, police allege Neale Shutler was the driver of the vehicle at the time of the crash and left the scene shortly after.

On January 25, Shutler arrived at the Westminster barracks to receive a citation to appear in court on March 8.
