WATERBURY — A 51-year-old man from Morrisville was arrested following a crash in Waterbury yesterday.
The single-vehicle rollover crash took place on Interstate 89 at around 9:45 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Leonard Broderick.
While speaking to Broderick, police say they observed several indicators of impairment.
Broderick was transported to Central Vermont Medical Center for injuries.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and negligent operation.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on February 17.
