Police: Threat made at Mount Mansfield Union High School

JERICHO — Police say they investigated a threat that was made at a school in Jericho yesterday.

Investigators say they found a potential threat made to the Mount Mansfield Union High School community by a student.

Police take all reports of school threats seriously and initiate a response that involved coordinating with school officials and identifying and speaking with the parties involved.

Following the investigation, police say there is no ongoing threat to the school community.

Due to the ages of those involved in this matter, no more information was available from the state police.
