St. Albans man arrested after crashing vehicle traveling 120 mph

GEORGIA — A 20-year-old man from St. Albans was arrested following a crash in Georgia early this morning.

The single-vehicle crash took place on Ethan Allen Highway at around 1:00 a.m.

The driver was identified as Jordan Therrien.

According to the report, Therrien was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license and was in a violation of his conditions of release by operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Police also found that Therrien was traveling approximately 120 miles-per-hour, prior to the crash.

Following an investigation, police say that Therrien was also operating the vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.

He was arrested and transported initially to the NWMC for injuries sustained from the crash.

He was later released with a citation to appear in court on March 14.
