NEWBURY — A 59-year-old man was cited for DUI following a crash in Newbury yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Fish Pond Road at around 5:25 p.m.
Following an investigation, police say that Joseph Butler, of Newbury, displayed signs of impairment.
After being treated at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville for injuries sustained in the crash, Butler was transported back to the Bradford State Police Outpost for DUI processing.
After processing he was released with a citation to Orange County Criminal Court for February 16.
