PANTON — A 33-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Panton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that John Hatch, of Panton, violated his conditions of release at around 11:10 p.m.
Police say Hatch violated conditions by contacting a victim through Facebook shortly after being released on a related charge.
Hatch was placed under arrest and processed at the New Haven barracks.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with another set of conditions issued by the court and another citation to appear in court the following day.
