BRISTOL — A 33-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Bristol yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at a home at around 6:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Ricky Chobot had violated an abuse prevention order by contacting a victim in person and coming within 300 feet of their residence.
Chobot was placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court the following day.
