ADDISON — A 32-year-old man from Middlebury was arrested for DUI and excessive speeding following an incident in Addison yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Vermont Route 22A after observing a motor vehicle violation at around 5:55 p.m.
The driver was identified as Skylar Many.
According to the report, Many was headed 80 miles-per-hour in a posted 50 miles-per-hour zone prior to the traffic stop.
While speaking with Many, police say they detected signs of impairment.
He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing and later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
