TINMOUTH — A 30-year-old man from Chittenden was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Tinmouth yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight that had occurred at Snow Mountain Lane at around 4:40 p.m.
Police spoke with the victim who stated that because of an altercation with Dylan Surette, he/she was in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
He was taken into custody and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland where he was processed and issued a citation to appear in court.
