RANDOLPH — A 26-year-old man from Tunbridge was arrested following an incident that took place in Randolph on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault that occurred on Cowdrey Drive at around 6:20 p.m.
The victim told police that a member of his family had assaulted him.
Police say they then met with Cody Morrill, to further investigate the incident.
Morrill was taken into custody and processed at the Vermont State Police Royalton barracks.
He was released on conditions and cited to appear in court to answer to the charge.
