WALDEN — A 62-year-old man from Hardwick has died following a three-vehicle crash in Walden earlier this month.
The crash took place on January 10, on Vermont Route 15.
Police say Sally Fontaine was found to be unresponsive at the crash scene and was transported to UVM Medical Center for life-threatening injuries.
Fontaine sustained severe injuries due to the impact of the crash.
Two other people involved were not injured during the incident.
Police are still investigating this crash.
