JERICHO — A 29-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Jericho yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Nashville Road and Cemetery Road at around 10:55 p.m.
Following an investigation, police say that Adam G Spencer, of Jericho, was operating under the influence of alcohol when he crashed.
Spencer was arrested and transported to the VSP Williston barracks where he was processed for the charge.
He was issued a criminal citation for the above violation and is to appear in court on February 3.
