MARSHFIELD — A 32-year-old man from Marshfield was arrested following an incident on Monday.
Police say Ryan A Stroop was arrested as a fugitive from justice from the state of Pennsylvania at around 9:30 a.m.
Stroop was subject to an investigation after a traffic stop.
He was transported to the court to answer the charge.
Stroop was later arraigned and held without bail pending the extradition process.
He was then transported and lodged at the Northeast Correctional Complex in St Johnsbury.
