CLARENDON — A 38-year-old man from Wallingford was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in Clarendon on Sunday.

Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance on Quarterline Road at around 6:10 p.m.

Police say they were notified James Cote had crashed into a vehicle parked at the home as he was leaving.

Multiple witnesses at the home identified Cote as the driver and told police he did not stop and provide any information to the owner of the vehicle.

Police say they located him at another location on Quarterline Road.

He was issued a citation to appear in court on February 28 for the charge.
