WEST RUTLAND — A 63-year-old man was cited for domestic assault following an incident in West Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at around 4:15 p.m.
Police allege that Ronald Viggue, of West Rutland, had caused pain or injury to a family or household member.
He was released on court-ordered conditions and issued a citation to appear in court tomorrow.
