PERU — A 51-year-old man was cited following an incident in Peru last Friday.
Authorities say they were notified of an incident on Anderson Road at around 4:20 p.m.
According to the report, police allege that Carl Holcomb Jr., of Peru, had unlawfully trespassed on the victim’s property and refused to leave after the victim ordered Holcomb to leave.
Following an investigation, police say that Holcomb was acting disorderly through unreasonable and tumultuous behavior in a public setting.
Based on the totality of circumstances, he was issued a citation to answer the charges of unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct in court on February 21.
