Man arrested for DUI, operating under criminal suspension in Chester

CHESTER — A 52-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Chester yesterday.

Police say they pulled over a vehicle on Route 103 for a motor vehicle violation at around 8:30 p.m.

The driver was identified as Garrison Smith, of Chester.

It was found that Smith was operating under the influence of alcohol and operating on a criminally suspended license.

He was arrested and later released with a citation to appear in court on January 11 to answer the charges.
