WEST RUTLAND — A 29-year-old man was cited for domestic assault following an incident in West Rutland early this morning.
Authorities were notified of a family fight on Westway Mall Drive at around 1:50 a.m.
Police say they arrived on the scene and spoke with the injured victim who stated that they were assaulted by a household/family member.
The accused was identified as Robert Pratt Jr, of West Rutland.
Pratt Jr. is scheduled to appear in court on January 3 to answer the charge.
