According to the report, people could be seen inside the home with flashlights.

The responding trooper located one of the vehicles leaving Lakefront Lane, and initiated a traffic stop.

Police identified the driver as Andrew Philip, 35, of Edan, and two passengers as Amanda Masi, 39, of Lowell, and Cherie Salls, 44, of Johnson.

The vehicle was determined to have come from the seasonal home but they were legally allowed inside after speaking to the owner.

Police say they observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

During a search, police say Masi was found to be in possession of a white powdery substance that field-tested positive for Fentanyl.

It was also determined Philip was violating a set of active court-ordered conditions of release.

Police also allege Salls was impaired by an illicit drug at the time and that she had an active condition of release prohibiting her from using regulated drugs without a prescription.

The vehicle was towed from the scene and Masi was cited for possession of Fentanyl and the others were cited for violations of conditions of release.
