Police: Drunk driver crashes into 2 vehicles in Bradford

BRADFORD — A 34-year-old man was arrested for DUI after a crash in Bradford yesterday.

The three-vehicle crash took place on North Main Street at around 11:10 p.m.

According to the report, Bradley Vaughan, of Bradford, was headed north on North Main Street when he crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming vehicle, before going off the road and crashing into a parked vehicle.

While speaking with Vaughan, police say they detected indicators of significant impairment.

He was screened and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

He was transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing.

At the conclusion of processing, Vaughan was released to a sober party with a citation to appear in court at a later date.

The other driver was identified as Brittany Pitts, 26, of Springfield, MA.

Pitts was brought to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to treat minor injuries.
